Individual Therapy
Therapy can be a powerful resource in helping us overcome a variety of personal struggles. This might include healing from a difficult past experience, improving an important relationship, better managing emotions, or navigating stressful situations more effectively. I work alongside clients to help them gain new insights, perspectives, and strategies for change. Part of my work also involves helping clients identify and capitalize on their strengths. I draw from my expertise in a variety of evidence-based methods, and personalize treatment to the specific needs of each client.

Couples Therapy
Relationships can be the most rewarding yet challenging aspects of our lives. I work closely with couples to help them heal and strengthen their emotional connection. By adopting healthier patterns of interaction, couples can experience their relationship as a source of strength and fulfillment, rather than one of stress, anger, and resentment. I rely primarily upon my specialized training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to address a range of couples’ concerns.
Common problems that I address: communication difficulties, escalated conflicts, emotional disconnect, loss of trust following infidelity/affairs, life transitions, trauma experienced by one or both partners
